Resolve daily production issues to ensure operations follow the process flow.

3.與前后部門保持良好的橫向溝通，確保生產流程順暢。
Maintain effective cross-departmental communication with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth production processes.

4.對注塑模具設計有一定了解，并能提出改進建議。
Possess a basic understanding of injection mold design and able to propose improvement suggestions.

5.制定機器設備的維護保養計劃，確保設備始終處于最佳工作狀態。
Develop maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to ensure they always operate in optimal condition.

6.制定每天的生產計劃，并根據計劃分配各生產線的人員任務。
Create daily production plans and allocate tasks to personnel across production lines based on the plan.

7.參與MTM注塑生產管理，包括品質改善、成本降低、效率提升、交期產出、技術員培訓等。
Participate in MTM injection molding production management, including quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, delivery output, and technician training.

任職資格
任職要求
1.大專及以上學歷。
College degree or above.

2.熟練使用 EXCEL 等辦公軟件。
Proficient in using office software such as EXCEL.

3.5 年以上注塑從業經驗。
5+ years of experience in injection molding.

4.2年以上制造業生產管理經驗。
2+ years of experience in manufacturing production management.

5.熟悉阿博格注塑機的使用人員優先。
Familiarity with Arburg injection molding machines is preferred.
