工作職責(zé)(Key Responsibilities):
1. I support PM for new project’s industrialization process to ensure implantation on time.
我協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理新產(chǎn)品的工業(yè)化導(dǎo)入,確保首單能準(zhǔn)時出貨。
2. I ensure the availability and reliability of product related data and information.
我確保產(chǎn)品相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和信息的準(zhǔn)確性和及時性
3. I manage production planning according to customer needs to ensure agile supply chain and performing in delivery on time, lead time, stock & customer satisfaction for mass production
我根據(jù)客戶需求管理生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,確保供應(yīng)鏈的敏捷且在量產(chǎn)的出貨準(zhǔn)時率,交付周期,庫存管理以及客戶滿意度上績效優(yōu)良。
4. I manage order effectively to ensure reliable supply to customers。
通過訂單的有效管理,我確保生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)的穩(wěn)定和可靠性
5. I analyze forecast and work together with customer for season preparation to boost business by using right supply method for different products with right stock level.
我分析客戶的銷售預(yù)測,通過跟客戶一起針對不同產(chǎn)品定義不同的供給方式提前做季節(jié)準(zhǔn)備以確定恰當(dāng)?shù)膸齑嫠粊泶龠M(jìn)銷售。
6. I’m responsible to find solution with Production planner/PMC/Purchaser in case of capacity or delivery problem and communicate with customer.
如遇產(chǎn)能或交付問題,我負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)同生管/物控/采購來確定解決方案并同客戶進(jìn)行溝通。
崗位要求(Job Requirement):
1. Bachelor Degree with Procurement / Supply Chain Background
本科,采購供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. Good Oral and written English Skill
英語聽說讀寫流利
3. Good at Office Software: Excel, Word, PPT ect.
熟練掌握基本辦公軟件:Excel, Word, PPT
4. Ability of detail, organization, analyze, Logic with Figure sensitivity, active communicator and problem solver.
有良好的整理, 分析, 邏輯, 解決問題的能力。主動溝通,細(xì)致且對數(shù)字敏感.
5. Personality of curious, responsible, collaborative and self-demanding
